Thoroughbred has served the same shopping-center corner on Leestown Road for decades — meatloaf and baked chicken, ribs and burgers, desserts made fresh in-house. The Herald-Leader has called it Lexington’s second-oldest still-operating restaurant (after Columbia Steakhouse on North Limestone).
